How it works
Three steps to your Edition One
- Step 1 $500 Reserve the number Refundable Your hull number is held for you. Change your mind, and we refund in full.
- Step 2 $2,500 Fitting and specification A personal session: fabrics in the flesh, palette and configuration confirmed, the specification of your hull.
- Step 3 Balance Contract and build A contract with a schedule, the start of the build, and the edition passport. Production quota — 3 boats a month.
The amounts for steps 2–3 and the order of crediting are set out in the contract. USD is the contract currency; payment in local currency at the rate on the day of payment.

Authenticity
Passport & authenticity
Each of the 50 hulls comes with documents in a leather folder: the numbered plate, the fabric passport and the makers' signatures. This is what makes a hull identifiable and protected against counterfeiting.

Loro Piana Interiors fabrics are named as the interior finishing material of Edition One. Loro Piana is not a partner, investor or co-author of the series.

The standard seam warranty is 2 years. The first 12 Edition One buyers receive the extended Founders' 12 Seam Care — 4 years.
